One element I have noticed and love about WeAreKeen is that there is a great deal of openness and transparency. Everyone feels heard and is happy to share and learn from each other. From my first day, I felt comfortable sharing my ideas and have been asking my fellow colleagues for their experiences or tips for challenges I faced. I feel part of a team, and the way we see success is growing together.

Having that said, I can assure you that our candidates are our top priority. 100%. A smooth, straight-forward and efficient experience is coming your way. Let’s get to it!

1. Apply to WeAreKeen

Submitting your application is easy peasy. No long-ass manual form filling or document uploads. We will only ask for your main contact details and an up-to-date CV with all related tasks and roles you had in recruitment or other fields. Attaching a motivation letter is optional, if you’d like to express why you are keen to join us. You will hear a response within a week at the latest. We strive to be as fast as possible.

Small tip: share your resume in pdf format.

2. Introduction call

Your profile caught our eye, so we will schedule a 30 minute introduction call to get to know each other. In this call, we’d like to learn about your story and experience in recruitment but also we will explain you a bit more about our company, the role and our growth opportunities.

Small tip: Before the call, take a quick look at our website, blogs and socials (LinkedIn and Instagram) to be more familiar with our brand and the team.

3. In-depth interview

Awesome! We think you might have what it takes to join the team. Now it’s time to deep dive into your previous/current role(s) within recruitment and assess your skillset. In this interview, you will be asked questions that can reflect your behaviour and we will see if there is a cultural fit. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions.

Small tip: Bringing some questions will only show engagement and motivation, and of course good vibes are very appreciated!
