Here, on the WeAreKeen websites wearekeen.com (wearekeen.nl and wearekeen.io) we process privacy sensitive or personal data. Because we respect your privacy and value your data we process, save, and protect it carefully. We do this in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Legitimate Interest criteria set out by the GDPR require that WeAreKeen follows strict guidelines for the processing of Personal Data.
GDPR considers an “interest” to be the broad stake a Controller (according to the GDPR a Controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; Controllers make decisions about processing activities) may have in data processing or the benefit that a Controller may derive from such processing. Interest is considered legitimate as long as the Controller can pursue it in compliance with data protection and related laws.
For purposes of data processing, WeAreKeen’s Legitimate Interest is to fill clients’ vacancies with the best candidates on the market and provide candidates with the most relevant opportunities in the market.

As per GDPR, WeAreKeen shall be clear and transparent about their reliance on the Legitimate Interest provisions for data processing and shall do this by a concise, intelligible and transparent statement of WeAreKeen’s operations, purposes and the necessity for data processing, using clear and plain language.
