CEO and Co-Founder at Settly
Marieke is the CEO and Co-Founder of Settly, a digital relocation solution. Before setting up her own company, she worked in HR Leadership and Recruitment roles across the globe for Uber, Starbucks, PwC, Manpower & Nike. She is a strong advocate for women in leadership and is passionate about increasing female-founded start-ups' representation.
Susan Wilson
CHRO at Mollie
Susan Wilson is a seasoned HR executive with over a decade of experience leading HR teams in the financial services sector and technology industry. Currently, she serves as Mollie's Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of its Management team. Prior to joining Mollie in August 2021, Susan held the position of EMEA HR Director for Uber's Rides and Eats teams, where she successfully led HR Business Partners and HR Specialists. Before her time at Uber, Susan spent nearly a decade leading HR teams in the financial services sector in the Middle East.

As the Director of Inclusive Leadership & Culture at Techleap.nl, Ingrid Tappin is driving a mission to make the Dutch tech ecosystem the most diverse and inclusive in the world. Ingrid is leading her team to create new connections across diverse communities and leveraging the power of diversity and inclusion to help Dutch tech founders attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Ingrid holds a master's degree in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Amsterdam, is a Guest Lecturer at Nyenrode Business University, and an Associate at The NeuroLeadership Institute. With experience as a co-founder of a SaaS start-up and in Accenture's Culture & Leadership practice, Ingrid is passionate about putting theory into practice and achieving tangible business outcomes.
